GoHighLevel funnels GetRealtorWebsite
GoHighLevel funnels or a managed agent website: they do different jobs.
For most agents the honest answer is both. A HighLevel funnel is a short, single-purpose sequence of pages built to convert one campaign, such as a buyer lead magnet or a seller guide offer. A managed agent website is the permanent address that ranks for the towns you serve, holds every listing and sends its inquiries into the same HighLevel CRM your funnels use.
What this comparison is really about
A funnel converts a campaign. A website earns the search.
Funnels are built for traffic you send: an ad, a text blast, a QR code on a yard sign. They work best when a page does one thing and has no exits. A website has to do the opposite job: be found by someone searching a town name, answer their questions across many pages, and still be there after the campaign ends. Agents who try to make a funnel do the website's job usually end up with thin pages that do not rank, and agents who send ad traffic to a busy website often lose the focus a funnel gives.
GoHighLevel funnels and GetRealtorWebsite, factor by factor
Twelve things that decide how an agent website performs and who carries the work. Where we describe GoHighLevel funnels, we keep to what is generally true or what the provider states itself.
| Factor | GoHighLevel funnels | GetRealtorWebsite |
|---|---|---|
| Speed and Core Web Vitals | Depends on how each funnel page is built: image sizes, embedded video and added scripts all affect it. | 90+ Google PageSpeed on every page, guaranteed in the terms; we fix any page that drops below it because of our work. |
| SEO control | Funnel pages can carry titles and descriptions, but they are designed for sent traffic rather than organic search. | Done for you: titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals and one page per area you serve. |
| Schema and JSON-LD | Possible to add per page; you or your builder decide what goes on each one. | JSON-LD matched to each page (business, service, FAQ, breadcrumbs), added and maintained by us. |
| AEO and GEO readiness | Not the purpose of a funnel. Short, focused pages give answer engines little to quote. | Answer-first copy, visible FAQ blocks, an llms.txt file and consistent entity data on every site. |
| Hosting and security | Hosted inside your HighLevel account. | Cloudflare edge hosting with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, inside the monthly fee. |
| Maintenance burden | You or your agency edit and publish each funnel in the builder. | None for you. Updates, security and hosting are on our side. |
| Who does the work | You, your team or a HighLevel agency. | We build it, then make every change you request: 5 revisions a month, done within 2 to 5 working days. |
| Content and blog | Funnels are not usually where a blog lives. | Researched, cited articles every week on every plan (2 a week, 3 on The Portfolio). |
| Design quality | Template or custom, depending on who builds it. | A custom-coded, type-led design built around your name and your areas, checked on a phone before launch. |
| Accessibility and compliance pages | Whatever pages and wording you add to the funnel yourself. | Privacy, terms and cookie pages, consent that gates scripts, an Equal Housing notice and an accessibility-minded build. |
| Cost model | Part of your HighLevel subscription, plus the time or agency fees to build and maintain funnels. | One flat monthly fee from $137, plus a $797 build fee invoiced only after you approve the live site. |
| Lock-in and ownership | Pages live in your HighLevel account; moving them elsewhere means rebuilding them. | Your domain is registered in your name. On exit we transfer it free and export your content within 14 days. |
When GoHighLevel funnels is the better fit
You are running a single campaign, such as a seller guide or open house sign-up, and want one page with one call to action.
You already build funnels yourself and only need somewhere to send ad clicks this month.
You are testing an offer quickly and do not need it to rank in search.
When a managed agent site wins
You want to show up when someone searches the towns you serve, not only when you pay for the click.
You need a page for every listing and every area, kept current without logging into a builder.
You want the site fast enough that paid traffic sent to it is not wasted on slow loads.
Switching, or running both
How agents run both
The cleanest setup keeps HighLevel as your CRM and campaign engine and makes the managed site the permanent front door.
Your website forms and showing requests post straight into your HighLevel CRM by API, Zapier or Make, so every lead lands in one pipeline.
Funnels stay in HighLevel for campaigns: seller guides, open house sign-ups, ad landing pages.
Area pages and listing pages on the website link to the right funnel when a campaign is running, and back to the site when it ends.
From an agent who switched
“Every town I work finally has its own page. The AI receptionist picked up showing requests on a Saturday while I was in back-to-back open houses, and they were on my calendar before I got to the car.”

Questions about GoHighLevel funnels and GetRealtorWebsite
Can I keep my HighLevel account if I switch my website to you?
Yes. Most agents keep HighLevel as their CRM and campaign tool. We connect the website's forms and showing requests to it during the build, so leads from the site and from your funnels land in the same pipeline.
Should my Google Ads go to a funnel or to my website?
It depends on the ad. A single-offer ad, such as a seller guide, usually suits a focused funnel page. An ad for a specific area or listing often suits the matching area or listing page on your site, because the visitor lands on exactly what they searched for. Either way, a fast page keeps more of the clicks you pay for.
Why not just build more funnel pages for each town I serve?
Funnel pages are designed to convert sent traffic, so they are usually short and have no navigation. A town page that ranks needs depth, links to listings and articles, and a place in a site structure. We build that structure for every area you name at onboarding.
Will my funnels and my website look like two different businesses?
They do not have to. We can match your site's colors, fonts and logo to what you already use in HighLevel, or give you the site's brand details so your funnel builder can match them.
Do you build HighLevel funnels as part of this plan?
No. These plans cover the website: design, build, hosting, revisions, articles and, on higher plans, the AI and content features. Funnels stay with you or whoever builds them for you today.
Does the website replace the HighLevel chat or AI features I already use?
Not necessarily. The Territory and The Portfolio include our own AI chat, receptionist and messaging agents. If you already run those in HighLevel and prefer to keep them, tell us at onboarding and we will plan around what you have.
How fast is the website compared with a funnel page?
Every page we build is held at 90+ on Google PageSpeed, and the terms guarantee it for pages we build and host. A funnel page's speed depends on how it was built, so we cannot state a figure for it.
What happens to my website leads if I leave HighLevel later?
We point the website's forms at whichever CRM you move to. The connection is a setting on our side, handled as a revision, not a rebuild.
