A focused page for one listing, one area or one campaign.

A real estate agent landing page earns its keep by narrowing to a single job, promoting one listing, one area or one campaign, with one clear next step, rather than trying to be the whole site at once.

What it costs

  • Plans$137 a month
  • Build fee$797, after launch

  • Revisions5 a month
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

When a landing page is the right tool

A postcard campaign for a specific neighborhood, a just-listed announcement, or a paid ad pointing at a single property all work better landing on a focused page than on your general homepage, where a visitor has to hunt for the thing that brought them there. The page is built on your own domain, so the traffic and the credibility both accrue to your site rather than a third-party landing page tool.

What goes on the page, and what is left off

One listing or one offer, the specifics laid out plainly, and one form: a showing request or a contact request, never both competing for attention. Navigation to the rest of the site is minimal by design, so the page does its one job without inviting a visitor to wander off before they act.

  • Built around a single listing, area or campaign
  • One clear call to action, not several competing for space
  • Lives on your own domain, not a third-party page builder
One page, one job: one listing, area or campaign, one clear call to action, on your own domain.

How the work actually runs

01

Order and onboarding form

About 15 minutes: your listings, the areas you serve, your brand, your brokerage and license details, and where inquiries should land.

02

One call to fill the gaps

We confirm the scope of this work, your CRM and your launch date, then the build starts.

03

Built, then shown to you live

You review the real site, not a mockup. Changes at that point are ordinary revisions.

04

Approved, then the build fee

The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after you approve the live site, and the plan keeps running from there.

Live in 7 days on The Listing, 10 on The Territory, 15 on The Portfolio, counted from the onboarding call. After launch, 5 revisions a month, each completed within 2 to 5 working days.

Scope

What is included

  • A single-purpose page. Built around one listing, area or campaign.

  • One connected form. Routed into your CRM by API, Zapier or Make.

  • On your own domain. Traffic and credibility accrue to your site, not a third-party tool.

  • 90+ PageSpeed. Fast enough to hold traffic from a paid campaign.

Deliberately not included

  • A live MLS or IDX feed. Listings are added as pages through revision requests, so nothing syncs automatically from your brokerage system.
  • Valuation tools, automated price estimates or investment framing. Your site presents facts about a property, never advice.
  • Ad spend or campaign management. The site is built to receive paid traffic; running the campaigns stays with you or your agency.
  • A page builder login. You request changes in your client portal instead, and we make them.
  • Unlimited revisions. The monthly allowance is generous and uncapped in size, and anything beyond it is a flat fee per revision.

Saying what we do not do is part of the quote. If one of these is essential to how you work, say so before you order.

From a client with a build like this

“I appreciated being asked to separate new buyer area inquiries requests from ongoing conversations. New inquiries get the full form; follow-ups take a shorter route with the question itself. Visitors get a simpler page and we get a clearer inbox.”

Speed and ad cost

Why does page speed matter if I run ads?

Because you pay for the click, not the visit. A page that loads fast keeps more of the people you paid for, and Google counts landing page experience when it judges your ads, which can help lower what each click costs. We do not promise a specific drop: your bids, keywords and competition decide that too.

  • Fast on a phone, where your buyers are

Custom-coded pages with almost no client-side script, served from a global edge network. Photo-heavy listing pages included.

  • More of your paid clicks stay

When a page opens quickly, fewer of the people you paid to bring there leave before they see it.

  • It can help lower what a click costs

Google says landing page experience is one of the things it looks at when judging ad quality, and that higher-quality ads can often lead to lower costs per click. Google describes Quality Score itself as a diagnostic tool, not an input to the auction.

  • Easy to use, not just quick

Clear headings, big tap targets and a showing request that takes seconds on a phone. Speed that loses the visitor to a confusing page is wasted.

What you get

  • A single-purpose page

Built around one listing, area or campaign.

  • One connected form

Routed into your CRM by API, Zapier or Make.

  • On your own domain

Traffic and credibility accrue to your site, not a third-party tool.

  • 90+ PageSpeed

Fast enough to hold traffic from a paid campaign.

Questions about real estate agent landing page

Is a landing page a separate purchase from the main site?

No. It is built as part of your plan, as a page on your existing site, and counts as a revision if requested after launch.

Can a landing page be built for a temporary campaign?

Yes. Tell us the timeframe and we can unpublish or archive the page once the campaign ends, without losing the design if you want to reuse it later.

Does it connect to the same CRM as the rest of my site?

Yes, the same routing set up for your main forms applies here, so an inquiry from a landing page lands in the same place as any other.

Does a fast landing page reduce what I pay per click?

It can help. Google says landing page experience is one of the things it considers when judging ad quality, and that higher-quality ads can often lead to lower costs per click. A fast page also keeps more of the visitors you paid for. We do not promise a specific figure.

Should the ad go to a landing page or an area page?

If the ad promises one thing, a focused landing page usually converts better. If the ad matches a town or a listing, sending the click to that area or listing page often works better because the visitor lands on exactly what they searched.

Can the page be tracked in my ad platform?

Yes. Your existing tracking and conversion tags are added to the page, and they fire only after a visitor has given consent through the cookie banner.

How quickly can a landing page go up?

A landing page is a revision request. Revisions are completed within the standard turnaround, so a campaign page usually goes live within a few working days of you sending the details.

What goes on an agent landing page?

One offer, the proof that supports it, and one form. Anything that invites the visitor to wander off, including the main navigation, is usually removed.
