One website for a small team, with clear roles instead of a crowded roster page.
A small team site works when it is organized around who does what, so a visitor understands whether they are talking to a listing specialist, a buyer's agent or the team lead, rather than scrolling a grid of interchangeable headshots.
Who this is for
Small teams who need a site built around the way they actually work, not a generic agent template.
Asks which area or which agent a visitor wants, and routes the inquiry to the right person's CRM record rather than one shared inbox.
What usually goes wrong for small teams
A shared site with every agent listed the same way gives visitors no way to pick the right contact.
Listings are not credited consistently, so it is unclear who to call about a specific property.
The team has grown past what a single-agent template can present cleanly.
Leads land in one shared inbox with no routing to the agent who actually covers that area or role.
What it looks like
Every page is built around your listings, your areas and the way you actually sell, then checked on a phone before it goes live.

The pages your site will carry
- 01Home
- 02Meet the team
- 03Individual agent pages
- 04Current listings by agent
- 05One page per area the team serves
- 06How the team works together
- 07Careers or join the team
- 08Contact
Routed inquiry form
Asks which area or which agent a visitor wants, and routes the inquiry to the right person's CRM record rather than one shared inbox.
From a client we built for
“The time we spent on the buyer area inquiries wording was time well spent. The page describes the process faithfully and leaves the judgment calls to a conversation with our team. The awkward 'that's not quite what we meant' conversation has largely disappeared.”

Questions from small teams
Can each agent on the team have their own page?
Yes. Each agent gets an individual page with their own bio, their own listings and their own contact routing, inside the same site.
Does adding an agent later cost extra?
Adding an agent page is a revision like any other. Five revisions a month are included on every plan, so a small team typically absorbs this without an extra charge.
Who owns the site, the team lead or the brokerage?
Whoever holds the plan, which is usually the team lead. The domain is registered in that name and transfers with them.
Can inquiries be split between agents automatically?
Yes. Forms can route by agent, by area or to a shared pipeline, into whichever CRM your team uses, set up before launch.
What happens when an agent leaves the team?
Their page is removed or reassigned as an ordinary revision, and their listings move to whoever takes them on.
Does every agent need their own login?
Nobody logs into the site. Change requests go through one client portal, which the team lead or an assistant usually runs.
Can the AI receptionist route calls to the right agent?
On The Territory and The Portfolio, yes. You set the rules, by area or by duty roster, and approve the script before it goes live.
Is a team site more expensive than a solo site?
No. The same three plans apply however many agents the site carries.
