"You keep" is the 3 months of discount added to the waived $797 build fee, on that plan. From month 4 the standard monthly price applies and nothing else changes. Each order button opens a secure Stripe checkout for that plan's monthly subscription, charged when you order; the build fee is not charged at checkout.

No, and it does not need to. The waived $797 build fee is already part of this offer rather than a second discount sitting underneath it. What you get is both together: 30% off the monthly plan for 3 months, and no build fee at all.
What do I pay in month four?
The standard monthly price for the plan you chose: $137 on The Listing, $297 on The Territory, $747 on The Portfolio. The discount covers the first 3 months and nothing after them changes.
When exactly does it open and close?
It opens on Tuesday, November 24, 2026 and closes at the end of Monday, November 30, 2026. That covers Black Friday itself on Friday, November 27, 2026 and Cyber Monday on Monday, November 30, 2026.
What if my site cannot be built inside that week?
Nothing is lost. The price is set by the date you order, not the date you launch. Launch runs to the normal schedule: 7 days on The Listing, 10 on The Territory and 15 on The Portfolio from the day your onboarding answers are complete.
Can I take the offer on a plan and move up later?
Yes. Moving up adds the AI Engine or the Content Engine to the same site from your next invoice, and nothing is rebuilt. The discount runs for the first 3 months of your plan either way.
Is any of it refundable if I change my mind?
All sales are final, and the only exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge we made. You can cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date to stop the following month. The refund policy sets out both in full.
Seven days, then the price goes back.
