What a real estate agent website actually costs, in plain terms.

A real estate agent website on this offer costs one flat monthly fee per tier, plus a one-time build fee that is invoiced only once your site is live and approved, with hosting and a domain included rather than billed separately.

What it costs

  • Plans$137 a month
  • Build fee$797, after launch
  • Live in7 days
  • Revisions5 a month
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

What is included in the monthly figure

Hosting, SSL, a content delivery network, a domain, and the standard revisions your plan carries are all inside the monthly fee. There is no separate hosting bill, no domain renewal invoice, and no maintenance retainer on top of what you already pay. See the full pricing page for the exact figures on each tier.

  • Hosting, SSL and CDN, never itemised separately
  • A free domain, or your existing one pointed at the new site
  • Revisions included, with a flat fee if you need more

Why the build fee is charged after launch, not before

The one-time build fee is invoiced only once your site is live and you have approved it. That ordering means you are never paying a large sum for a site you have not seen finished, and it is also why the build fee, once charged, is not refundable.

Where the real cost differences actually come from

Between agents, the biggest cost difference is not the plan itself but how many extra revisions get used beyond the included amount, and whether the AI Engine's usage-based cost runs high on a busy month. Both are visible in your client portal as they happen, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the invoice.

When each payment happens: first month when you order, site built and shown live, you approve it, then the build fee.

How the work actually runs

01

Order and onboarding form

About 15 minutes: your listings, the areas you serve, your brand, your brokerage and license details, and where inquiries should land.

02

One call to fill the gaps

We confirm the scope of this work, your CRM and your launch date, then the build starts.

03

Built, then shown to you live

You review the real site, not a mockup. Changes at that point are ordinary revisions.

04

Approved, then the build fee

The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after you approve the live site, and the plan keeps running from there.

Live in 7 days on The Listing, 10 on The Territory, 15 on The Portfolio, counted from the onboarding call. After launch, 5 revisions a month, each completed within 2 to 5 working days.

Scope

What is included

  • One flat monthly fee. No itemised hosting, domain or maintenance line items.

  • Build fee after launch. Invoiced only once the site is live and approved.

  • Included revisions. A set number every month, with a flat fee beyond that.

  • Visible usage costs. AI Engine usage shown in your portal, never a surprise line item.

Deliberately not included

  • A live MLS or IDX feed. Listings are added as pages through revision requests, so nothing syncs automatically from your brokerage system.
  • Valuation tools, automated price estimates or investment framing. Your site presents facts about a property, never advice.
  • Ad spend or campaign management. The site is built to receive paid traffic; running the campaigns stays with you or your agency.
  • A page builder login. You request changes in your client portal instead, and we make them.
  • Unlimited revisions. The monthly allowance is generous and uncapped in size, and anything beyond it is a flat fee per revision.

Saying what we do not do is part of the quote. If one of these is essential to how you work, say so before you order.

From a client with a build like this

“They built the FAQ from our actual buyer area inquiries correspondence. Each answer was reviewed by our own staff, so the page sounds like us rather than a copywriter. The phone calls about basic buyer area inquiries details have noticeably thinned out.”

AI Engine usage shown in your portal, never a surprise line item.

Questions about real estate agent website cost

What is the actual monthly cost?

See the pricing page for the three current figures. Every plan includes hosting, a domain and a set number of revisions, with no itemised extras beyond AI usage on Tier 2 and up.

When is the build fee charged?

Only after your site is live and you have approved it, never before or during the build.

Are there any recurring costs outside the monthly fee?

The only variable cost is AI usage on The Territory and The Portfolio, billed at what our provider charges us with no markup, and shown as its own line so you can see it.

Is there a cheaper option for a very small operation?

The entry tier, The Listing, covers the full site, hosting and standard revisions at the lowest monthly figure, without the AI Engine or Content Engine.

Why is it monthly rather than a one-off project fee?

Because the work does not stop at launch: hosting, security, revisions, weekly articles and, on higher plans, the AI and content features all run every month. A one-off fee would only cover the build.

What is not included in the monthly fee?

Ad spend and ad management, a live MLS or IDX feed, anything a third party charges you directly, and extra revisions beyond your monthly allowance, which are a flat fee each. AI usage on the higher plans is billed at what our provider charges us, and SMS carrier fees are passed through at cost.

Do prices go up later?

We can change prices with 30 days written notice, and the new price applies from your next billing date after that notice. Your plan is not repriced mid-month.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No minimum term. You cancel by email with at least 2 business days notice before your next invoice date, during business hours. All sales are final, so the notice window matters.

What does a cheaper website usually leave out?

Usually the ongoing part: the area pages nobody builds, the articles nobody writes, the plugin updates nobody installs and the speed nobody checks. Compare what happens in month four, not what happens on launch day.

A live walk-through of the site you would get, in about 30 minutes. Plans from $137 a month, the $797 build fee invoiced only after launch, domain and hosting included.
