Why there is a build fee.
The monthly fee runs the site after launch. The build fee pays for the work that happens once, before it: turning your areas, listings and brand into a site that is yours rather than a template.
What it pays for
Structuring the site around the areas you work, with a page for every area on your list.
Custom-coding the design, your listings pages and the path from a search to a showing request.
Registering or connecting your domain and setting up hosting, SSL and the CDN.
Tuning every page to 90+ Google PageSpeed before launch, listing pages included.
Moving what is worth keeping from your current site and redirecting the old addresses.

Questions about the build fee
Is this a subscription?
No. The build fee is a single $797 payment. Nothing on this page recurs and nothing is saved to charge later. Your monthly plan is billed separately, exactly as it already is.
Do I need to pay this?
Only if we have told you a build fee is due. On plans started on or before Thursday, December 31, 2026 the build fee is waived, so there is nothing to pay here. If you are not sure, email hello@getrealtorwebsite.com before paying and we will check.
Why is the amount the same on every plan?
The build is the same build on all three plans: the same custom-coded site, the same area pages and the same launch work. What changes between plans is the monthly service after launch, the AI Engine and the Content Engine, and that sits in the monthly fee rather than in the build fee.
Is paying here safe?
Yes. The button opens a checkout hosted by Stripe, one of the largest payment processors in the world, over an encrypted connection. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our site or our team.
Can the build fee be refunded?
All sales are final, and the build fee is included in that. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge we made, corrected within 10 working days of being reported. The refund policy sets this out in full.
