A custom-coded build, not a plugin stack held together with updates.

Realtor website development, in this offer, means a site coded specifically for listings and area pages rather than assembled from a page builder and a stack of plugins that all need separate updates.

What it costs

  • Plans$137 a month
  • Build fee$797, after launch
  • Live in7 days
  • Revisions5 a month
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

Why the build approach matters more than it seems

A typical agent site is a general-purpose page builder with a listing plugin added on top. Every plugin update risks breaking the layout, and every added widget is more JavaScript slowing the page down. We build the site as one coded system instead, so the listing display, the area pages and the forms all work together rather than being three separate tools glued in place.

What that buys you in practice

A page that opens instantly, a listing display that does not fight the theme for control of the layout, and a site that does not need you to log in and apply security patches. We handle every update on our side, so the build stays current without becoming your responsibility.

  • 90+ Google PageSpeed on every page at launch
  • CRM routing by direct API, Zapier or Make
  • Hosting, SSL and security patching handled on our side

What is included versus what stays yours

We build, host and maintain the site. You keep ownership of your domain, your content and your listing data. If you ever leave, we hand over the domain and give you an export of your content, no lock-in beyond the plan you are currently on.

Plugin stack versus one coded build: page builder and plugins: updates can break layouts, more script, slower pages, one coded system: 90+ PageSpeed, nothing for you to patch.

How the work actually runs

01

Order and onboarding form

About 15 minutes: your listings, the areas you serve, your brand, your brokerage and license details, and where inquiries should land.

02

One call to fill the gaps

We confirm the scope of this work, your CRM and your launch date, then the build starts.

03

Built, then shown to you live

You review the real site, not a mockup. Changes at that point are ordinary revisions.

04

Approved, then the build fee

The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after you approve the live site, and the plan keeps running from there.

Live in 7 days on The Listing, 10 on The Territory, 15 on The Portfolio, counted from the onboarding call. After launch, 5 revisions a month, each completed within 2 to 5 working days.

Scope

What is included

  • Custom-coded build. No page-builder theme, no plugin stack to maintain.

  • 90+ PageSpeed. Guaranteed on every page, listing pages included.

  • CRM connection. Direct API, Zapier or Make, set up before launch.

  • Managed hosting. Global edge network, SSL, CDN and DDoS protection included.

  • Client portal. Request revisions and support without touching the codebase.

  • Full ownership on exit. Your domain and content, handed over if you ever leave.

Deliberately not included

  • A live MLS or IDX feed. Listings are added as pages through revision requests, so nothing syncs automatically from your brokerage system.
  • Valuation tools, automated price estimates or investment framing. Your site presents facts about a property, never advice.
  • Ad spend or campaign management. The site is built to receive paid traffic; running the campaigns stays with you or your agency.
  • A page builder login. You request changes in your client portal instead, and we make them.
  • Unlimited revisions. The monthly allowance is generous and uncapped in size, and anything beyond it is a flat fee per revision.

Saying what we do not do is part of the quote. If one of these is essential to how you work, say so before you order.

From a client with a build like this

“Our deliberately awkward question was: what if the buyer area inquiries form breaks? Failure paths were treated as a design requirement rather than an embarrassment. It is the kind of thoroughness you only notice when you need it.”

Speed and ad cost

Why does page speed matter if I run ads?

Because you pay for the click, not the visit. A page that loads fast keeps more of the people you paid for, and Google counts landing page experience when it judges your ads, which can help lower what each click costs. We do not promise a specific drop: your bids, keywords and competition decide that too.

  • Fast on a phone, where your buyers are

Custom-coded pages with almost no client-side script, served from a global edge network. Photo-heavy listing pages included.

  • More of your paid clicks stay

When a page opens quickly, fewer of the people you paid to bring there leave before they see it.

  • It can help lower what a click costs

Google says landing page experience is one of the things it looks at when judging ad quality, and that higher-quality ads can often lead to lower costs per click. Google describes Quality Score itself as a diagnostic tool, not an input to the auction.

  • Easy to use, not just quick

Clear headings, big tap targets and a showing request that takes seconds on a phone. Speed that loses the visitor to a confusing page is wasted.

Questions about realtor website development

Do I need any technical knowledge to run the site day to day?

No. You request changes through the client portal and we make them. There is no admin panel to learn and nothing to patch.

How is a listing added after launch?

Send the listing details and photos through the client portal as a revision, and it is built and published within the standard turnaround window.

Can the site connect to more than one CRM if my team uses different tools?

Yes. We connect each inquiry form to the tool named during onboarding, and a small team can route different forms to different destinations.

What happens if I outgrow the plan I start on?

You move to a higher tier and the AI Engine or Content Engine is added to the same site. Nothing is rebuilt from scratch.

Why does custom code matter if a builder looks the same?

It shows up in what happens after launch: no plugin updates to install, no theme conflicts, nothing to patch, and a page weight small enough to hold the guaranteed PageSpeed score with a full gallery of listing photos on it.

Can the site pull listings from the MLS or my brokerage system?

No. There is no automatic feed. Listings are added as pages through revision requests, which keeps the page structure and the copy under review. If a live MLS search is essential to how you sell, say so before you order.

What happens if your service stops or I cancel?

Your domain is registered in your name and transferred to you at no charge, and your content and articles are exported within 14 days. Hosting ends with the plan.

Is the site secure?

It runs on Cloudflare's network with SSL, a content delivery network and DDoS protection included. There is no admin login on the site itself to be attacked, and we handle updates on our side.

Do you build anything besides the website?

These plans cover the website, its hosting and, on higher plans, AI lead handling and content. Ad campaigns, CRM administration and brokerage systems stay with you or your existing partners.

See it built for your business.

A live walk-through of the site you would get, in about 30 minutes. Plans from $137 a month, the $797 build fee invoiced only after launch, domain and hosting included.
